Business Development Executive / Manager (International & Domestic Markets)

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Market Expansion

Domestic Market:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand HCM services, TPA (Third-Party Administration), medical tourism, and corporate health programs in Thailand.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with hospitals, insurance providers, corporate clients, and government agencies.
  • Drive adoption of digital health solutions, wellness programs, and healthcare insurance integration in the local market.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to position HCM solutions effectively.
  • Negotiate and structure long-term agreements with private hospitals, clinics, and employer-sponsored health plans.

International Market:

  • Expand the company’s reach into ASEAN, Middle East, Europe, and other key regions for medical tourism and healthcare partnerships.
  • Build strategic alliances with international insurance companies, corporate health providers, and medical travel facilitators.
  • Identify new opportunities in cross-border healthcare management, patient referrals, and digital health adoption.

2. Client Relationship Management & Strategic Partnerships

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, insurers, corporate health decision-makers, and government bodies.
  • Act as a consultant for clients, providing tailored HCM solutions, corporate health programs, and international patient services.
  • Collaborate with operations and product teams to ensure smooth service delivery and patient experience.
  • Work with legal and finance teams to create cost models, pricing structures, and contract negotiations

3. Market Research, Strategy & Competitive Analysis

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting HCM businesses in Thailand and international markets.

4. Revenue Generation & Performance Monitoring

  • Develop and implement business growth plans and revenue targets for both domestic and international markets.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, International Business, or a related field.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or healthcare sales.
  • Proven track record in expanding business operations, driving revenue growth, and forging strategic alliances.
  • Experience in healthcare insurance, medical tourism, or third-party administration (TPA) services is a strong advantage.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare ecosystems, patient care models, and insurance regulations.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strategic thinking with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop actionable business plans.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills to engage with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in pricing models, cost structures, and revenue forecasting.

Language & Cultural Skills

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Additional languages (Thai, Burmese, Mandarin, Arabic, etc.) are a strong advantage for regional expansion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in medical tourism, digital health platforms, or value-based healthcare management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, healthcare marketing, medical insurance, or hospital partnerships.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and negotiation skills are also encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Patient Coordination & Case Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
  • Coordinate patient referrals, appointments, and medical treatment plans between hospitals and clinics.
  • Assist in scheduling consultations, diagnostic tests, and follow-up treatments.
  • Ensure that patients receive the appropriate pre-treatment and post-treatment guidance.
  • Facilitate communication between doctors, specialists, and patients to ensure continuity of care.

2. Medical Documentation & Insurance Coordination

  • Collect and organize medical records, test reports, and treatment histories for patients.
  • Work with insurance companies and third-party administrators (TPAs) to process medical claims.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and patient confidentiality (HIPAA, PDPA, etc.).

3. Cross-Border & International Patient Services (if applicable)

  • Assist international patients with travel arrangements, medical visas, and accommodation.
  • Provide medical interpretation and translation services when necessary.
  • Liaise with embassies, expatriate communities, and medical tourism facilitators to support patient needs.
  • Coordinate with global healthcare providers for cross-border patient transfers and second opinions.

4. Healthcare Provider & Corporate Liaison

  • Build strong relationships with hospitals, specialist doctors, and healthcare facilities.
  • Support corporate clients with employee health programs and wellness initiatives.
  • Assist in setting up telemedicine consultations and digital health services.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, Medical Science, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in healthcare coordination, hospital administration, medical insurance, or case management.
  • Experience working with hospitals, TPAs, or corporate healthcare programs is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, treatment protocols, and healthcare procedures.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple patient cases efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with doctors, insurers, and patients.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Health Care Management (HCM) team.
  • Manage office records, reports, and medical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of patient services, insurance claims, and HCM project workflows.

2. Data Management & Reporting

  • Assist in compiling and analyzing HCM-related reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy policies (HIPAA, PDPA, or relevant healthcare regulations).

3. Communication & Customer Support

  • Act as a liaison between patients, hospitals, insurance providers, and internal departments.
    Provide general inquiries support and administrative assistance to corporate clients and healthcare providers.

4. Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure adherence to healthcare policies, medical compliance standards, and company guidelines.
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring HCM protocols and administrative procedures.
  • Support internal audits by organizing documentation and verifying compliance with policies.

5. Office & Logistics Coordination

  • Manage HCM-related inventory, office supplies, and medical equipment procurement.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, training sessions, and staff scheduling for HCM personnel.
  • Support HR and finance teams with payroll processing, employee attendance tracking, and leave management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, healthcare management, or office coordination.
  • Experience in health insurance, medical billing, or hospital administration is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle administrative duties efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Language & Cultural Skills

  • Fluency in English and Thai is required.
