Business Development Executive / Manager (International & Domestic Markets)
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Market Expansion
Domestic Market:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand HCM services, TPA (Third-Party Administration), medical tourism, and corporate health programs in Thailand.
- Identify and establish partnerships with hospitals, insurance providers, corporate clients, and government agencies.
- Drive adoption of digital health solutions, wellness programs, and healthcare insurance integration in the local market.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to position HCM solutions effectively.
- Negotiate and structure long-term agreements with private hospitals, clinics, and employer-sponsored health plans.
International Market:
- Expand the company’s reach into ASEAN, Middle East, Europe, and other key regions for medical tourism and healthcare partnerships.
- Build strategic alliances with international insurance companies, corporate health providers, and medical travel facilitators.
- Identify new opportunities in cross-border healthcare management, patient referrals, and digital health adoption.
2. Client Relationship Management & Strategic Partnerships
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, insurers, corporate health decision-makers, and government bodies.
- Act as a consultant for clients, providing tailored HCM solutions, corporate health programs, and international patient services.
- Collaborate with operations and product teams to ensure smooth service delivery and patient experience.
- Work with legal and finance teams to create cost models, pricing structures, and contract negotiations
3. Market Research, Strategy & Competitive Analysis
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting HCM businesses in Thailand and international markets.
4. Revenue Generation & Performance Monitoring
- Develop and implement business growth plans and revenue targets for both domestic and international markets.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, International Business, or a related field.
- 5-10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or healthcare sales.
- Proven track record in expanding business operations, driving revenue growth, and forging strategic alliances.
- Experience in healthcare insurance, medical tourism, or third-party administration (TPA) services is a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of healthcare ecosystems, patient care models, and insurance regulations.
Skills & Competencies
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop actionable business plans.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills to engage with senior executives and decision-makers.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Patient Coordination & Case Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
- Coordinate patient referrals, appointments, and medical treatment plans between hospitals and clinics.
- Assist in scheduling consultations, diagnostic tests, and follow-up treatments.
- Ensure that patients receive the appropriate pre-treatment and post-treatment guidance.

2. Data Management & Reporting
